A little bit about Becky…
Becky found her love for fitness starting at a young age with her first soccer team. From there her love of fitness has grown and she’s now a personal trainer and writer/owner of B Kinetic Fitness.
Becky’s fitness philosophy is simple…there are no shortcuts in the world of fitness. Work hard for what you want, and the results will follow. However, this does not mean spending hours at the gym, and only eating grilled chicken and broccoli day in and day out. Becky believes in doing minimum effective workouts, like twenty minute circuit training for example, eating foods that nourish the body while still being enjoyable, and not using exercise as punishment. Her philosophy is perfect for building healthy habits that will transfer well to staying fit on the road.
