A little bit about Elizabeth…
Elizabeth spent many years struggling with her weight. She tried fad diet after fad diet with little success. Even after paying off debt, landing a promotion, and experiencing other successes in her life, she still wasn’t happy. Elizabeth then realized that while she was able to exercise willpower and strength in most aspects of her life that she was still struggling with mastering her health.
After her realization, Elizabeth made the choice to put her health first, and eventually adopted a paleo lifestyle. With a combination of paleo and exercise, Elizabeth was able to create a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, and lead the lifestyle she always wanted.
Now Elizabeth helps women take control of their health and lose weight without yo-yo dieting. She also has a popular podcast “Mastering Weight Loss Naturally”. Elizabeth’s podcast is entertaining, informative, and definitely worth a listen!
