This week on Travel Tuesday – How to Pro Travel we are meeting up with Teresa Howes, owner of Eat, Drink, and Be Skinny.
A little bit about Teresa…
Teresa is all about eating well, drinking well, staying fit, and being healthy. If you make a pit stop in her skinny kitchen you will be graced with some pretty delicious (but still healthy) treats. Teresa is also the original skinny cocktail guru. Her book, Skinny Tinis, came out in 2009, and has been a cocktail party hit ever since!
Teresa’s take on staying fit on the road…
Teresa is the master of traveling and staying fit. I mean she has to! Teresa mostly travels for races, so at least half of her trip is dedicated to preparing and eating right for the big race.
