A little bit about Jordan…
As a teen Jordan struggled with both ends of the eating disorder spectrum before learning how to approach health and fitness with moderation. Now Jordan leads a much different and well rounded lifestyle which is what she teaches her clients and followers.
Jordan’s views on moderation have definitely influenced her approach to staying fit and healthy on the road. She now coaches clients on how to make smart choices while traveling without being restrictive…no one likes having to turn down every glass of wine or bread basket!
