I met Natalie earlier this year through our blogging coaching program. Let me tell you that she is awesome! At just shy of five feet tall, she is a firecracker, and I love her approach to fitness.
A little bit about Natalie:
A few years ago, Natalie and her husband lost their son shortly before he was born. This tragedy has lead Natalie on a quest to help women who are experiencing loss navigate the grieving process. Natalie’s approach to fitness is working from the inside out, and using the power of fitness to heal.
