Resistance Band Training Videos
Guess what? fitGevity is rolling out a set of resistance band training videos to help you get the most out of your workouts! The videos feature exercises that will sculpt every part of your body, and are sure to kick your booty.
To make the videos we teamed up with yoga master and all around fitness expert Sydney Forestal. I met Sydney while teaching barre classes at BODYLANGUAGE. The first time we met Sydney was teaching a Hott Body Flow class, and I was instantly stuck by her amazing talent to teach yoga. Anyone who knows Sydney will agree that she brings an energy to the room that no one else can quite match along with a skill set that will put many yoga teachers to shame. In short, Sydney is definitely one of a kind! You can probably tell why I wanted to work on resistance band training videos with her.
The skinny on Sydney
Just in case you’re curious here’s the lowdown on Sydney. Sydney crushed the world of gymnastics and rugby for years. I really think her gymnastics and rugby training gave Sydney the strength and flexibility to be a great yogi. At the age of 22 Sydney decided to “hang up the rugby cleats” and turned to yoga to help heal her aches and pains caused by years of intense gymnastics training and rugby playing. Four years later Sydney started teaching yoga, and she’s been wowing clients with her spunky personality, creative classes and amazing skill set ever since! You can find her teaching a variety of classes at BODYLANGUAGE including TRX, barre, spin, Pilates and Hott Body Flow as well as on the patio of El Pinto teaching all yoga levels during the summer.
fitgevity training videos
fitGevity’s resistance band training videos are sure to work every muscle including those pesky areas such as the triceps and glutes. Say goodbye to that annoying part of your arm that waves when you wave, and thass (a word I made up for that unattractive piece of fat on the back of my thighs that connects to my butt. Think kankles only higher). Get ready for some fun and major sweating with these videos that combine the power of strength training, yoga and Pilates.
