This Week… Hey there! Thanks for joining us for our second episode of Travel Tuesday with fitGevity! This week we are hanging out with Natalie Rensi, owner of Natalie Rensi – Health Coach. I met Natalie earlier this year through our blogging coaching program. Let me tell you that she is awesome! At just shy of five feet tall, she is a firecracker, and I love her approach to fitness. A little bit about Natalie: A few years ago, Natalie and her husband lost their son shortly before he was born. This tragedy has lead Natalie on a quest to help women who are experiencing loss navigate the grieving process. Natalie’s approach to fitness is working from the inside out, and using the power of fitness to heal. In this interview we discuss: Finding time to workout when traveling with children How to handle those delicious comfort foods when visiting home Travel fitness do’s and don’ts Much more! Thanks for watching, and stay tuned for next week’s episode when we talk with Caitlin Vassello, owner of Coach Cait! Until next time, Share this info!Follow Us!

I love Amanda’s approach because our mentality really does have an impact on how much we can achieve physically, mentally, professionally and in our personal lives. During this episode, Amanda discusses: Her approach to maintaining fitness while traveling How she deals with eating out on a regular basis (she’s been traveling about three weeks out of each month) Her favorite carry-on items Her favorite destinations And much more!
