This week we are learning how to pro travel with celebrity trainer Lalo Fuentes, CSCS!
Lalo is a renowned personal trainer, and has been featured by publications such as SHAPE, Self, Oxygen, and InTouch. He has fifteen plus years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and even trained at the New York’s Institute of Culinary Education. But let’s not stop there. Lalo also received his BS degrees in Finance and Advertising from the University of Florida, and his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. That’s pretty impressive if you ask me!
I’m guessing you can tell from Lalo’s accomplishments above why I wanted to interview him, but there’s more! As we already know, I love to travel. I also love fitness and my passion is combining the two together.
So I was pretty excited when Lalo’s website was brought to my attention a little while ago. Why? Because he also has a passion for travel fitness! Lalo’s approach is a bit different than mine which makes his program even more interesting in my opinion….I have so much fun learning from other people!
Ok, I can just hear your burning question….what travel fitness program does Lalo offer?? I won’t go into too much detail here as we’ll get into it more down below, but Lalo incorporates fitness into travel in the form of adventures! How cool is that?
When you travel with Lalo you won’t be doing the usual push-ups, sit-ups, and lunges in your hotel room. Instead, you’ll be sailing in the Caribbean, sand boarding in the desert, snorkeling in the ocean, and anything else your heart desires. If that’s not travel fitness, then I don’t know what is!
