Every week I’ll be interviewing a fitness professional on how they manage fitness and nutrition while still enjoying themselves while traveling.
As we all know, maintaining our fitness levels while traveling can be tough. That’s why I wanted to start this series. We can all learn new travel fitness tips and tricks from each other!
This week we are catching up with Amanda Wright, owner of A. Wright Fit, during her stay in Portland.
Amanda’s approach to fitness:
Of course we need to lift weights, workout, and eat healthy, but she also believes that working on our mental/spiritual health will help us gain the physique we’ve always wanted. I love Amanda’s approach because our mentality really does have an impact on how much we can achieve physically, mentally, professionally and in our personal lives.
