Stretching for the splits guide Are you someone who has always wanted to get your splits all the way flat an the ground, but just can’t seem to get there? If so, have no fear! My stretching guide is here!! This stretching sequence is one that I’ve used for years, and has helped me get all the way down in my splits. It has even helped me get back into my splits after years of not stretching. You can only imagine how interesting that first round of stretching was! So here is my stretching for the splits guide! Start at the top of the card and work your way down. Make sure to take a few mins to warm up first and hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
