5 Best Fitness Gifts For The Frequent Traveller
Christmas is just around the corner! If you’re struggling to find the perfect gift for a fitness fanatic who also happens to be a frequent traveller, then look no further. We’ve complied a list of our favorite fitness equipment your fitness fanatic family member/friend can easily take on the road.
Kettlebell training is the ultimate for anyone who is looking to combine cardio, strength training and stretching into one short workout. This little guy is portable and easy to use for all fitness levels. Plus, for anyone struggling with a flat butt, kettlebell training will whip your behind into shape. While I wouldn’t suggest lugging a kettlebell in your carry on luggage it’s ideal for throwing in the back seat of your car for long road trips.

2. Resistance Bands
It’s pretty obvious that we love resistance bands. They are light weight, easy to pack and ready to go anywhere! While a kettlebell might not be the best option for a plane ride, resistance bands won’t hog too much of your 25 pound checked luggage allowance.

3. Yoga Mat
Yoga mats are incredibly easy to transport and light weight. As long as you have space to roll out your yoga mat you will be able to fit in a quick yoga session. Yoga mats are also great for body weight workouts. No more rug burn!

4. Balance Disk
Brining your exercise ball with you to Mexico might not be ideal, however you can pack a balance disk. Balance disks offer similar benefits as an exercise ball but are much more portable. Add a balance disk into your ab work or pushups for added difficulty.
